Q)  Is RV insurance written out of the state that the unit is registered or garaged?

A)  If you are full timing, it is based out of the state that your unit is registered. If not,
     American Modern and National Interstate base it on your registration address, while
     GMAC, Foremost and Progressive base it on your garaging address.

Q)  Do I need Mexico auto insurance?

A)  The law in Mexico does not require you to have insurance to drive in Mexico - until you
     get into an accident. Without the minimum liability coverage, you will be taken to jail
     where the authorities will ascertain your innocence or guilt. It’s a major hassle that can
     be avoided if you purchase Mexico Insurance.

Q)  What is the difference between standard coverage and extended coverage?

A)  The standard coverage is akin to basic coverage, while the extended coverage is the
     same as a broadened policy in the U.S. The extended option covers vandalism, partial
     theft and increased repair rates and increased medical and liability.

Q)  What is the average cost difference in the hourly repair rates in Mexico and the U.S.?

A)  In Mexico a Car is $38.00 per hour and a RV is $50.00 per hour. In the U.S. a Car is
     $50.00 per hour and a RV is $70.00 per hour. The extended policy guarantees the

Q)  How much does Mexico Insurance cost?

A)  The average cost for a liability only policy for 25 days - 6 months is $160.00. The
     average cost for a full coverage policy for 25 days - 6 months is approximately one
     percent of the value of your vehicle.

A)  No it does not.

Q)   Why do I need Medical Insurance when I travel abroad?

A)  To our understanding Medicare and many other Health Insurance companies will not
     cover claims while out of the country. Vista Group’s Travel Protection Coverage will
     cover you in case of a medical emergency so you will be able to travel well protected.

Q)  If I have to cancel my vacation due to a pre-existing health condition, will my Travel
     Insurance policy reimburse me for unused portions of my trip?

A)  Yes, as long as you have purchased your Travel Insurance within 14 days of booking
     your trip.

Q)  What does travel insurance cover?

A)  You are covered if an event came up that required you to cancel your vacation due to an
     unforeseen circumstance. Examples such as; illness, death in the family, traffic accident,
     terrorist attack, etc., you will be reimbursed for unused and non-refundable portions of
     your vacation.

Q)  When should I purchase my Travel Insurance?

A)  When you make your initial deposit is the ideal time. However, if you need time to think
     about it, make sure your purchase within 14 days of making your initial deposit. Your
     investment is protected from the moment the policy is issued and your pre-existing
     health condition will be waived if it leads to a cancellation.

Q)  Should I purchase Travel Insurance to cover the entire cost of my vacation?
